The winter is a typically a time when most of use head indoors to get out of the usual rainy West Coast weather patterns. You can still keep your body tuned up by joining a local gym! If you have not been in a gym for a few years, you will be surprised at the variety of available training options. Workout routines and methods are becoming far more specific and sophisticated, benefiting your golf game even when you aren't able (or willing) to be out on the course. One way to improve the stability and balance in the swing is by working out with a ball - a method I have found personally effective.
